    So lets say bigfoot isn't an animal
    that would make him human

    And if the guy did shoot one and kill it
    then he's committed murder and it's murder 1
    because he intended to kill it...

    Maybe the state will prosecute him.

    You can't eat a bigfoot, it's not on the approved list
    of animals to hunt, he didn't own it like a cow

    Unless he was in fear of his life he's a murder...

    You can all laugh but I actually believe they are real and smarter than we are. Why in the world would you shoot something you could not identify? If he did shoot one he has done a major injustice to mankind. I think this is another one of his hoaxes though. I hope anyway.
