I am looking to purchase a set of bike to bike intercoms. I’ve never used them because I’ve never had a helmet to put it on. I was just wondering if anyone could give me some advice on which system to get for my new shinny helmet.

Can't help you. I prefer to make up amusing hand signals instead. :D

    Sometimes...

I'm having trouble figuring out how to describe my favorite one. Extend your finger straight out from the side of your chest. That means you're cold and you need to stop and put some more clothes on.

    Thanks, Cardboard
The Scala G4 is one of the top three that I’ve been looking in to. Could you possibly ask them how long do the batteries really last when talking and if they use the feature for listening to music, also I have a ¾ helmet with a face shield and was wondering how much wind noise the mic picks up when not using a full faced helmet. The other two units I was looking at are the SENA SMH10 and the F4 INTERPHONE. I am interested in info on others, these are just the 3 that I’ve found good internet reviews for. I would rather get good information from a fellow biker than someone trying to sell products. I sort of like the idea of a CB but the wife says “No way” because I would want to talk to everyone and she doesn’t want to listen to it.

Handsignals are the best, even allow you to communicate with dumb@ss cage drivers that pull out in front of ya. Used this one yesterday on the way home.

Headsets would only get me in trouble as I could hear what my friends were saying about me, and worse they could hear what I am saying about them :roflmao: . I have one friend I am always worried I am going to watch him put his shiny side down and often comment too fast @$$hole in corners and what not. Love him like a brother but he just wouldn't understand LOL.

If you will go on Zumoforums.com you can register and ask anybody on there .
They are trying out all kiinds.
Are you lookin for the one that is the best in hearing or the longest battery life.
Some of these headsets drops the signal from being bluetoothed.
And some you can't hear out of real good.
And what kind of helmet are you wearing>......
So pay attention for what you ask for.:gah:
