Bike wont start

    i have a 2002 flhp harley, last time i rode the bike the tail light wasnt working and when i was out the clutch started to slip, i replaced the fuse and the relay and brake light is good.. now bike wont start


    only one plug is firing.. i took tank off and was going to replace coil but the wires going into coil (4 wires total) only 2 are doing anything, one is ground, one is flashing power when bike is cranking and other two are dead

    trying to find a scematic some where to see whats going on
    if anyone could help i would really like it... trying to go to ROT ralley this weekend... not looking good how it sits

    Try swapping plug wires to see if the trub moves. If so, check your wires. My '99 FLHR had the front plug wire go bad from pinching/vibration from the tank. Yours may be similarly pinched. If it has stock wires, an upgrade isn't a bad thing and will at least take that worry out of the troubleshooting equation.

    Yellow/green wire is power goes to both injectors,to system relay and fuel pump fuse...grey/blue comes from ECM ion sensor...Yellow/blue is coil rear from ECM and Blue/orange is coil front from ECM.... taken from my '03 Service Manual Supplement...hope it helps,good luck:)
