Now that's nice. That Remington semi auto 30/06 is also a nice rifle, wished I had one. Seems the older ones are hard to find.
That new rifle should take care of any big gators that come calling, course that Remington would to.
    Nice purchase

We got a 8' gator that has been in the back cove on the end of the block, working his way past the boat ramp and going a few houses down and crawling up in a drain pipe from the road.
I carry my Springfield XDS 45 with me. Really, really like carrying it.
Evans had a great price on it. Its the Bi Tone stainless top model.

I carry my XDS a lot to they carry real well. For a short barreled small sized pistol they are very accurate.

Got a buddy his friend that is a CHL dealer and mainly sells rifles and shotguns said its not a good gun. He didn't like Polymr and it kicks. and is not accurate.
    Went and got it.
Called him and took him to the range with me.
He got a Springfield XDs 3.8 compact 45 and took it.
Hes 53. He shot real good with it. Took his CHL and shot a 250 with it.
He shot the XDs and said. man it don't kick that bad. Kicke like a 45.
And he replied it shoots very, very good for a small pistol.
    he went and ordered one.
Took his buddy that has the CHL license with him.
His buddy really couldn't believe the gun shot so good and was accurate.
    They became believers.

Both me and him got the stainless models, Bi Tone.
You really , really need to keep them wet and shoot about 250 rounds threw the XDs to break them in.
They have a very steep ramp on them.

Want to get my Power Vision right.
Then get my air conditioner repaired in my Van. and put some front tires on it and do some maintenance on it.
Waiting to have my house leveled too.
That will come before a scope.
