My 1992 Electra Glide Classic has dual disc brakes on the front and the bike has 74,000 miles on it..............the pads have been changed a couple of times during all these miles. Each type of brake pad I have tried, once they were original replacement and once they were ceramic............they make a lot of noise = scraping sounds. They work well but does anyone know of a type of pad that is quiet? The rotors are not rusted and not warped.

Thanks, in advance, for any suggestions.

Buy some Lyndall racing brakes Z+ pads or Gold pads. Your bike has never stopped better and they squeal is gone.

I bought mine right here at direct parts.

Thank you SEAHAG for the help!

I had actually looked at the Lyndall Racing Brakes on this site and just had not met anyone who has used them............Thanks for the suggestion, I'll give'em a try.
