    Smoked over mesquite, applewood seasoning rub, after marinade in Stubbs Beef Marinade sauce for one hour, cooked three hours at 250 on smoker, then wrapped in foil and in convection for 2 more hours at 300. Tender, falling apart..

    Protected from interlopers by Sig Sauer P226 with 20 rounds of 9mm FMJ
