    Did 150 miles with 14 other club members today. Started ride at 27f and ended at 33f. I'm still shaking.
    Good lunch though!

    wow that's a bit on the cool side , I had a chance today to ride so took it had to stop & take my jacket off was 76 so jeans & T shirt ,wife was off today so she had me run around for her & Bike was a perfect ride to go with as the 30's are headed our way again oh ya I got about 60-65 miles in so you out did me LOL

    No knew knee just the old arthritic The knew knee won't go in for about 2 years.

    I had the knee surgery a couple years ago , & this cold weather sure takes it's toll on them , Darn ole mother nature is messing with us , 76 yesterday & down to 30 tonight

    No brain fade I had knee surgery to fix the torn miniscus and remove a "bone lesion" but the lesion turned out to be severe arthritis (cartilage ) build up. The ground out dome of the cartilage fixed the miniscus and closed me up. Told me that I'll need a new knee to suffer a couple years to get older for the knee to last me . I'm going to try injections of a life lube into the knee. I think it's HD Syn!!!

    HD SYN, dyno oil is better :D

    You guys must have a lot of snow again and see your temp is 5 degrees. Need to add that SYN oil to the snow blower. Let's see crappy winters a crappy governor and a crappy mayor. AZ is calling you. :)

    Was nice here today and was even sunny. Went shooting yesterday with Maddog and cleaned the guns today. Then the wife and I went for a long walk that follows the Clackamas river along a series of parks. Nice walk about 5 miles long.
    Been nice here all week, gets colder at night because of no cloud cover but sure nice during the day.

    My sister who lives just outside Greensboro NC says they want to either move to Florida or to Arizona now. She does not like snow and cold.
