I am wanting to put a little "juice" in my 03 Deuce I have a screamin Eagle breather and Vance & Hines big Shots, It was downloaded with a ? ( I bought the bike this way). I am wanting to juice it a little, nothing to exstreem. I am thinking of oputting in a cam, but don't know what to put in it. I have heard and read about "gear cams?" but if I do that what download would I need, I don't really want to do a dyno, no one close has one anyway. Does anyone have any suggestions?

    thanks

Gear drive or not, you'd need to get a new map (I assume by downloaded you have fuel injection) a cam will require more fuel than a simple stage 1.

You can go with HD's 204 cam or 211 and have the dealer put a stage 2 download and ride right out the door without issues.

Aftermarket cams like Kuryakyns tc-2g will require you to purchase gears and cams, $500 for the full set, whereas the HD cams will be much less as they reuse the stock chain setup.

There are a lot of different cams out there but being dyno limited I'd suggest you go for a HD cam that is designed to work with HD chip upgrades or the race tuner.

BTW I'd suggest you go to a 95 inch motor (bigger pistons and have your existing cylinders bored at the same time ) to get the most out of the build but you don't have to do them both.
