Help! I Have A 77 Iron Head Xlcr. It Came With A Round Slide Mikuni, Which Does A Great Job. Problem Is That I Want To Restore To Original So I Can Use Stock Breather Etc. I Purchased A Couple Of Used Kehins From Ebay, but Just Cant Get Them To Work. Both Of The Used Carbs Came With A 100 Pilot Jet And A 175 Main Jet. I Cleaned And Rebuilt ,changed To A 44 Pilot/ Still Cant Adjust. Gives Indication Of Running Lean At Low Speed, But Will Foul Plugs, Chrcked For Vac Leaks ,dont Have Any. I Suspected Problem In Low Speed Air Supply But Double Checked And Found No Restriction. I Am Fair With Wrenches, But This Is Getting Serious. Would A Later Model Cv Be A Better Choice? What All Would Be Involved In The Changeout.? Will I Still Be Able To Use Stock Breather, Which I Dont Have. (i Am In The Market If Anyone Out There Has One) Please Help
