I read through the tech article on how to rejet a carb. Can this be done without removing the carb from the bike?

I have changed jets without removing the Carb or air filter. If you remove the air filter you can also rotate carb or even slide it off the intake. (watch the cables to see how much you can move it without removing them) If you have not removed the plug to adjust the fuel mixture you will need to take it off for that.
