I have a stock 2005 Harley Classic with EFI and 6600 miles. The intake has a build up of carbon. I am new to EFI and I am wondering if this is normal, if so, is it something to worry about for the long run?

All EFI runners will build up some carbon around the throttle body over time, you can get some carb cleaner and remove the filter and clean it out with a rag.
