Went to a HD dealership 100 miles from the House. They was having a Casa Chili Cookoff.
One dude gave his receipt on his chili. They are not allowed to add beans in the contest.

But I would add beans to this receipt.
If nothin else get a can of Bush Pinto beans and add them.

It was good. And I liked it. Were just gonna add a can of Bush Pinto beans.
If you want it spicier you need to add some more peppers.
    I love habanero.

If I make Chili it will have Beans. I don't want Sloppy Joe mix

They don't put any beans in Because of Some STUPID persons rules.
I'd have them dragged threw the desert.

You can't have pieces of Onions, you can't have pieces of Garlic, You can't have pieces of tomatoes.
Everything has to be in Powder form
If one person has bits of onions in it, that might make a judge favor it or know who's it is.
When you register they give you a Cup with a Number on it.
You take the cup when the time come for the judges to vote on it.
And they eat some out of each cup and pick the winner by the number on the cup.
The person with that number comes forward.

Pieces of Onion, pieces of garlic and pieces go tomatoes and whole pinto beans taste a who lot better then Powder to me.

When you go eat a steak why don't you git them to make it in Powder form and just add water and drink it.

All I can say is don't come to TEXAS and mess with folks Chili.
When we make it, it will have Beans.
    Screw some STUPID judge.

beans ain't chili..... it's the law
probably have some texas chili inspector come
and cite you for excessive gas...

beans can be added to a plate of chili
so can other things like onions and spaghetti
but chili is never made with beans.

Ya put the spaghetti on the plate,
top with beans, cover beans and noodles with CHILI (meat sauce)
top with fresh cut onions and fine grated cheese

That's yer 5 way cincinnati style and it's proper

Let me make it clear - I'm no cook. While reading the recipe it did seem odd 1 clove of garlic. Man that is nothing. I make only 1 dish and that's basalmic glazed chicken for 2 (4 breasts) and that takes 2-3 cloves. But I do like the recipe ya got there. And I'm a fan of Slap Ya mama thanks to you.

Hey this is a receipt that a a MC Had a a HD bike chili , swap meet, chili cook off.
If you want some more garlic or whatever. You can change it.
It is a good receipt and had a heck of a lot of folks over getting their chili over and over.
And the OL cooks with a lot of garlic.

She used the entire Garlic which has a bout 4 or 5 cloves.
