I changed out the Syn 3 for Spectro.

Very happy with the shifting and finding neutral is easier.

Some folks stick with the Moco stuff and are happy. See no need to change.

At the 1k mile service my dealer put Syn 3 in all three holes.

At 2k miles I changed to the Spectro in the trans and Amsoil in crankcase & primary.

I'm happy with the performance of both products and will use them in the future.

Amsoil synthetic 20/50 is used in all three. It is in the specs.

The Amsoil 20/50 is good for the engine, the 10/40 works a bit better in the primary, the lighter oil will have less clutch drag. Makes shifting a bit easier. Their 75/110 or 75/140 gear oil for the tranny. I like the 75/110. It handles the heat well enough, and in the cold it won't be as stiff as the heavier oil. If I rode in the real cold, like below 30 I might try the 75/90 or use the 20/50.

I use Amsoil 20/50 in the engine, 10/40 in the primary, and 75/90 in the transmission. Also run Amsoil fork oil in the front forks. If it takes oil it is Amsoil in our bikes and cars & trucks. Amsoil has a good fuel additive too.
