I am actually looking for the tool (or plans to make one) to check the charging on a 69 FLH. The regulator is the mechanical type and the svc manual calls for a 250 watt, 15 ohm rheostat to check the regulator adjustments. Does anybody know where to get one of these , or maybe the more electrical minded have an idea as to how to make one. I dont think an AC wall dimmer will work because of the ratings. Thanks much!!
