Ya, you cook the ribs in the sauce. I set the temp at 400 degres. Check on the ribs a couble of times while they are in the oven. the sauce can burn easly. When the ribs are done grill them. Just to get that nice grilled flavor. For the butter, add it to the sauce after you have taken the ribs out. Oh I almost forgot to tell you, befor you add the butter remove any pools of grease that may have melted off the pork while it was cooking.

i finished the ribs.....after i took them out of the oven i built a nice oak fire, let it burn down and put the ribs on......dam they was great!!!!!!! with the sauce, i added a bit of cornstarch to thicken it a bit. boiled up some pasta and mixed them together.........wonderful side to the ribs. i still have a lot of sauce and pasta left over. i will brown some ground beef, add a few onions and throw it all in the same pot!!! pretty cool to get two or three meals from one......
    THANKS FOR THIS ONE TACO!!!!!!!!!!

cool. I'm glad you liked them. I too, made a pasta sauce out of the bbq sauce. I added a little cream and some saffron.Served on top of porcini mushroom raviolies, and freash crumbled got cheese. I'v found this bbq sauce to be very versatile. The sauce also freezes great for later use.
