Wow it does make you think about how you'd react, I've always felt that
some LEO being trigger happy could cause a problem.

If he did lift his shirt, you have to wonder why unless he was asked.
never put your hands near the weapon.. Like the guy that was killed sitting on
his bike in Ohio when being pulled over...

    Scary part?

Read some of the pro leo posts in this LV Sun report......

Was a concealed hand gun carrier in Alabama from 1971 - 1984 in Alabama.
The Police there didn't git as excited as they do here in Texas.
The Police in Texas seem to git scared that you carry.
They are shooting somebody all the time out here.

Though they have just given me a few problems.

The gangs here have more rights than me.

it's not that they have more rights it the fact that they have more guns & the cops never know who or why someone just might have gone off the deep end , now just from reading the report on the link you put up they should have not have shot him , would like to see a video of it all going down

Cops every where seem to be to trigger happy anymore, kind of scary. Here in the Portland area I have yet to see a cop get into trouble for a killing when some have been shot and didn't even have a weapon on them. :(
