    Hi all

When you lubricate the cable do you run the risk of flushing some crud into the clutch. Do you loosen the cable adjuster to allow any excess lubricant to drain out there?

    Thanks

if you would happen to get some crud in the clutch, which is doubtful, it would not be enough to hurt anything. your clutch releases more crud than what you would flush into the primary. also when servicing the primary as per the manual, it would take care of anything in there. i loosen the adjustment to release the cable from the hand lever, not for excessive draining.....hope this helps......
