Cowboy's meatloaf

    i do a good meet loaf , i also cook for a about 6-8 people a day
    5 lbs good ground beef mix just a little oat meal & 3 large eggs some diced onions & season to taste here I use nature's seasoning & some garlic powder I also add about 1/2 lb of shedded cheder cheese mix all up & bake about 1 hr, then I cover it with mash potatos & back in the over till potatos start to brown , pull out & put some more cheese on top & back in the oven till cheese melts & ready to go
