Custom Build

    Putting together a custom build, have a 07 revtech 88 motor,07 krafttech softtail stock frame, brand new ultima 6 speed tranny. This is my winter project. My problem is on motor, bought new 32 amp stator, no instructions! I have a small spacer, and a big spacer, which one goes where? Anyone got any Ideas? Thanks!!!

    Small spacer(1.75"OD)goes on the inside of the rotor and the large spacer(2.81"OD) goes on the outside of the rotor..

    Thanks for the help gentlemen! now its on to the tranny! I'm getting rid of pulley to go to chain final drive(doing abobber) with a 150-200 rear tire. any suggestions for spacer size on tranny sprocket and should I use a flat or dished rear sprocket for rear wheel? Also how many teeth for trans and rear sprockets? again thanks for any help!!!!!!!!!!!

    You'll have to measure to find the spacer size you'll need for proper chain alignment and clearance from the tire...can't help you out on gearing,but what do you want?? Quick acceleration or low RPM cruising??

    with the 6 speed are you 1 to 1 6th or overdrive in 6th ie .89 to 1

    this is where you start, also you can set primary gear ratio front and rear
    sprockets to have more getup and go or crusing.

    With the 6 and OD 6th gear you have have better 1 to 5th gear power with higher
    numerical gearing (lower ratio) and 6th will get you the low RPm

    Thanks for the help hotroadking, the primary is all set up,The tranny is 1 on 1 with 6th, so I should go with 30 tooth sprocket on tranny? how about rear wheel? maybe a 66 or 70 tooth??

    Prosperita kluci, mám menší problém s pomalu klesající pořadí v klidovém tah. již hereauditioned snad všechno. nikde zadna netěsnosti, ne popraskaný příruba. prošel heremuch předmět o karburátoru a jejich poruchy, ale zatím zde pip nepřišel. již mi unpackedin furfural rake budu vděčná za kus poradenství a další věc, kterou mají na mašinka Drags openingvifuky Slash-Cut a přímé sací Hyperchanger.
