I have a stock 1988 FLHTC that I'm in the process of changing over to a CV carb system.
I have an opportunity to buy a CV carb from a 2002 Dyna Wide Glide P/N 27421-99C.
Will that work on this project? I'm going to connect it to a 1990 CV manifold. How about the jetting? They're 2 different Harley engine types, will the jetting be the same or will I need to change them also?
    Thanks,
    Snyde

The carb will work fine, only minor changes to the CV over the years(4 sided float valve,no overflow tube on the newer CV's float itself changed shape and a brass inlet instead of plastic)...stock jetting on my '90 Heritage was 45 pilot and a 185 main...your jetting may differ depending on whats done to your bike, but that would be a good starting point... good upgrade...you'll like it:)
