Was lookin for a pair of cheap boots that was water proof and I could work in or ride the bike in.
When I work I am always gettin my feet wet witha outboard motor running

I got a flyer from Cycle gear and seen they had a 119.00 pair of Bilt Tornado H2O boots on for 59.95
Picked up a pair today. They feel pretty good for the money.
Wore them around for a while and forgot I even had them on.

Gonna put them to the test next week.

Bought a pair of em a few years ago and the sole came un-glued. Tried glueing them but would not help. Bought a pair of HD water proof and love em.

    Thanks dude.

We got invited yesterday at the last moment to take the 4x4 and ride down in the sticks. We had several miles of dirt road to git to the dudes house.
He was celebrating his 50th birthday. He had mudbugs, corn taters, meatballs , wings. And who knows what all.

Beer and Jello Shots, plenty of jello shots.

They was playing Horse shoes and washers.,

Took my wifes nephew who is 22. Hes a city slicker from Scottsdale, Az.
Don't know much. Never had a job yet.
I told them He was a city slicker. They said Cute. A city slicker down in the sticks with Rednecks.
Got a girl to show him how to peal Mudbugs. She teased him
She had to show him how to play Washers too.
He found out he liked playin washers better than horseshoes .

OL was the desinated driver. She got to drive my F250 4x4 powerstroke home
WE got home around 9:00 last nite.

OL came up wed nite and will be here til Tuesday mornin.
She is having a great time being with me. Its a great break.

Congrats on #27, CB! Fun story about your wife's nephew.

I hope those boots work out for you. It says that they have a shift patch. Guess that must be on the left boot. I took my Xelement engineer boots in for a resoling the other day. $65. I told the guy I wanted real leather soles this time. The rubber ones wore out in about a year and I didn't wear them that much. Chinese junk!

    Thanks...........
I'm Lucky for a Woman to put up with me for so long.
After I got these home. About 65 miles from here. They said under the tag, Made in Pakastan. But they have a 5 yr warranty on material and workman ship.
We will see. Don't have the money to buy a good pair of boots right now.
Got to git the Credit card paid off from the new heat pump I just bought.

These feel good and are flexible and might keep my feet 1/2 way dry.

Ha! pretty good. I think I'm gonna make the game. Looks a lot safer than throwing knives at each others feet (we "city slickers" play that game a lot, well usually about 10 games is all we can play)
