I have a final chain drive on my fxr and needed to be changed It's a 530 o-ring. The chain I bought was to long and was to long by one link because they come in two link intervals. So I take out a link and now I'm stuck with a inner link on one side of the chain and two outer plates on the other side. If I take off the outer plates it will be to short. It's almost like I have to make it to short then somehow lengthen it. Thanks

Scratch the question. I amaze myself sometimes when I don't look at the obvious and am to quick to panic.
    Thanks any way
