    LOL LOL :roflmao:

Just heard that some think the Ultima tranny i ****,bad tranny. But i think if oil changed after little test run,and so every 30 miles 3-4 times the tranny should be in great condition?

I don't have any experience with them, but I see they sell drive train packages with the 127" and tranny...can't see them selling a piece of junk with a big inch engine, then start loosing money replacing trannies...
Hearsay I've read on the innernet, most think they're pretty good...I don't think you'd need to change the gear oil in them that often, but if you wanted I'd go 100 miles 500 then 1000 if you really wanted to and check for large slivers of metal...then every 20,000 miles or 2 years.... and use Gear Oil in it not motor oil...

Those big inch motors can be hard on the clutch...use a good one:)

ive got alot of experience with both, ive got a 127" in my bagger (142 RWHP)i like the motors,we get them unassemble and check & assemble in house,as we do with ANY crate motor),now their transmissions we`ve seen probs in the older ones, but they`ve pretty much solved them (ive got a baker OD 6 in mine)
