    Actually I just finished reading that article. What a shame, I grew up watching and imitating his stunts. He will always be an icon in my book! RIP EK....

    I just found out about it, what a shame and what a legend. Our Harley shop has Evil Knievel's personal Heritage Classic sitting in the show room and it was for sale, I'll bet it goes for a lot more now. :(

    RIP Evel. A true legend, he will be missed.

    As a kid I remember wanting to be just like him, jumping my Schwinn bicycle off of every make-shift ramp we could put together.

    I did the same thing, jumping my bike off of anything I could find. Boy I remember some super wipeouts too!!! Ouch...:)
