    been busy the past couple of evenings.....friend has a lot of acerage that is being worked over by hogs........he got me one and i went to help clean it....quartered it, brought it home, turned it into sausage. he has 6 less hogs to contend with as this one had 5 in her...........the cajuns usually take them and serve them for appetizers............fried some up this evening,,mmmmmmmmm!!!!:D

    That hog meat is good eaten , when my youngest daughter got married My son-in-laws dad shot one & smoked the whole thing & served it up for those who wanted it Darn good meat
    25 lbs that a good amount

    That'd be some right decent meat. You could probably put the littleuns on skewer sticks.
