I have a 91 Electra glide and the crankcase vents through a tube into the air cleaner from the crankcase. Can i change it to vent through the heads with the crossover tube like in the later model carburetor motors?

You can, fair amount of work though...You'd have to drill and tap the heads to accept the breather bolts, you'd need new rocker boxes, bottom and middle section at least, install umbrella valves, then down to the cam cover, not sure if you'd need to replace the cover or not,but the gaskets are different in head and bottom breathers...easiest is just to route the bottom breather to atmosphere to keep the air/oil mist out of the intake...just run a hose from the breather and zip tie it to a frame rail,so any oil mist will not vent in front of the rear tire...

The cam cover is different too, the parts catalog lists one for 84-92, and another one for 93-99.
