Just put Samson exhaust on my Softail. Are there other baffles available to fine tune the exhaust sound?

Can i modify the baffle that came with the pipes? It is just a little too loud.

    Thanks from a new member.

Which Samson exhaust did you put on. Some of them have removable baffles and some do not. Samson offers a short and long baffle, but they don't really do much to reduce noise. If your baffles can be removed, you can use any quiet baffle that will fit the inner diameter of your mufflers or header pipes. Just remember anytime you change the flow of air or exhaust, some carb jetting or ECM re-mapping may have to be done.

    Are the baffles wrapped ?

If not pull them and wrap with exhaust fiberglass mats that will help some.
