After changing my oil the other day I was idling the bike and by accident I noticed that one exhaust had hot air coming out and the other was noticeably cooler. What does that mean?

I don't know too much about engines, however I pretty much do everything else to my bike.

Due to the crossover pipe on the bike the left side will always run cooler than the right.

my front jug runs a little hoter, front is a constant thump, thump while the back seems to have all the loap, prob a sportster thing since compared to a bt it idles faster, quicker strokes I imagine.
