Fairings

I have a 2002 Road King Classic. I am considering adding a fairing. What are some quality choices? What is the advantage of the fork mounted over frame mounted?
Or should I just get a new Standard Glide?
I am interested in how the fairing affects the ride. i do a lot of "twisty" riding, that's why I wondered about the fork mounted vs. frame mounted.

I use a Wide Open Custom Plastic faring, Light weight works well I have put over 12,000 miles in the last year with it on my fatboy. Just get a good painter, I did and am very happy with it. Don't go for the radio though, it doesn't mount solid and mine cracked the mount, I know they have something newer and better as far as radios go. They don't advertise I found them at Sturgis last year at Thunder Road.

One Of the Girls We ride with put one of those on 04 RK she loves it. Hers is a fork mount. She said a whole lot less rider stress because of less wind and all, she did just fine on the putt we did to Arkansas Mountains (1200 miles in three days) plenty of twisties there and no trouble I think they are a little pricey. She put a tour pack on also it was around 1300 bucks for both

The frame mount cuts through the wind better because they are a little more streamlined, ie: Harley Road Glide. On a really windy day you don't feel it as much with a frame mount as you do with fork mount. With the forik mount you feel it in the steering, with the frame mount you don't.
