We used a GPS on one of the bikes in Washington DC, helped a lot however in NC trying to get up to the Blue Ridge Parkway it kept leading us wrong to the point where I pulled up to the lead bike and motioned him to pull over. Told him he was headed back towards DC and he said but the GPS says we need to got this way. Bout that time a man walks over and in a southern drawl says you boys done took a wrong turn and youse a long way off track. Cost use 3 extra hours that day. I told the guy to shut that dang thing off and I'll lead us up there. Preacher gave me some quick directions and I led us right up to the Parkway. I led after that occasionally looking at my Harley map book (worked out great). NO stinking GPS for me.

Got friends with the SEna Bluetooth and they have no problem. They use a Garmin GPS and synk the phone and all. Even put the phone in the tourpack and plug it up cause they play songs off the ipod on the iphone.

Here the stereo system on the Ipad fairing sounded killer.

Has anybody here used a Iphone or Ipad.

They are much easier to operate than a droid style phone.

Boy am to that, I found out today that another friend of ours had a car do a left turn on him and he hit it. Broke his leg and he now has two metal rods holding his leg together. :banghead::cussing:
