    Anyone out puttin' in the Ozarks must try a restaurant in Forsyth, MO. The place is called "Fat Daddy". The ribs will make a puppy pull a freight train!!! Plus they have everything from Cat Fish to Breakfast. The roads in and out of Forsyth are curvy and scenic. Plus you circle around some of the best lakes in this area. It is approx. 10-15 miles away from Branson on the other side of Lake Tanyecomo and Bull Sholes. They cater to bikers all the time and the atmosphere is second to none. Check out their website: Fat Daddys BBQ - Homepage

    Mouth is watering already, wished I would have known about it last year (2011) when I did my cross country trip to the east coast. We crossed through Missouri headed for Kansas and Colorado.

    Planning another trip this year, heading for Milw Wisconsin for the 110 annivarsary but don't know the route yet, but will keep that in mind if we go through Missouri. We're always looking for good restaurants. :)

    Sounds good, I like to BBQ at home, here's two full fryers seasoned
    with McCormicks Applewood spice and smoked 3 hours over applewood,
    with Protection to keep you pickers outta my food Sig P226 in 40..

    [IMG]

    Week before, Boston Butt seasoned and smoked 8 hours at 250 over Mesquite, again protected by Sig P938

    [IMG]

    While back did a nice brisket over some hickory, smoked about 8 hours seasoned with McCormmicks and marinated in stubbs beef marinade,
    protected by Glock 29, 10mm

    [IMG]

    Well some folks got to that last brisket and decided we needed heavier protection on the next brisket. Smoked beef brisket, well what's left, folks were taking my Beef
    so I whipped out a my little EBR Sig 522 with Laser, tactical light, red dot and suppressor...

    [IMG]

    Smoked wings, protected by Sig 1911 C3, Sig P226 9mm and HK 40
