Yup! had a very detailed inspection. and the sellers corrected everything that was found in inspection. I was very happy with it. I was with the inspector and because I was in military uniform, the only place that I did not join him was the crawl space..... but he took pics of things that were wrong.

That's cool very glad you were well taken care of. I take lots of photo's and put them in my reports also. What kind of place did ya get. I was also surprised when you wrote that there was a crawl space. I didn't think they did crawl spaces in those cold climates. The crawl spaces here that I go in are typically 15-18 inches high. Hope the new house works out well for you.

morning! starting the day at 38*. Not sure of wind chill today, but we have some wind! Snow/Ice is melting off the roads.....maybe tonite/tomorrow or saturday will take out the bike and CAREFULLY (due to sand on the roads) ride the bike over to the new garage. Wife did cleaning of the carpets, bathrooms, and kitchen yesterday, and painting has been started. still have more painting, then floors to install....along with all the schlepping of stuff. Hoping to get some pics taken in the next few days.
