After a whole lot of back and forth of negotiating with a bank to whom owns a house that My family needs, we were successful and have FINALLY agreed on terms. All that is left is to get the home inspection done and close. About time, this was exhausting.:banghead::banghead:

Sounds really good. Any questions on the home inspection part I can help, been doing em for many years and have done hundreds of bank owned homes. So what kind is it and hope it is not one that was tore up.
If I was there would do it for you for free. :)

The house is a two story, over 3000 sq. ft. decent size lot. The house was built in 2006, excellent shape. NO I did not get a suitable garage for a shop. But I have priced it out to what it would cost me to build what it is that I need, the lot is big enough, maybe a 20x32 heated etc.

Or he can hire me to build him one. LOL. Glad to hear you got a new house! Ours was built in 1939 and we have lots of problems with it - but it's home - not complaining.
