US Federal Judge rules hobama care unconstitutional

And a grand day it is, that little piece of paper written so many years ago
still stands for freedom from government intervention... (well some of it, you'll probably still get a full body scan at the airport, still your health care is free of federal fudgugerry)

At least they were smart enough to take it through the 11th.

On to the 11th circuit court, if it upholds the ruling
which it should being a conservative court, then
off to see the Supreme Court and bye bye bommalaw...

    Yeah I'm giddy about it.

Then I'm concerned about what they do next...

So this gets tossed, and bomma was gonna use it as
a leverage tool, poof, hello Mr. Lame Duck...

Me too 'cause 2 federal district courts have upheld the law & while the federal judge in Florida struck the whole thing down, a federal judge in Virginia only declared the "insurance mandate" portion unconstitutional. The Virginia case will go to the 4th Circuit & if the 4th & 11th Circuit's rulings don't conflict, the supreme court wouldn't have to take an appeal @ all - but if they do conflict, and/or another circuit issues a conflicting ruling, then the supreme court be bound to consolidate the cases & issue a "bright line rule" to resolve the conflicts between the circuit courts.

His headaches are going to be the least of his worries when he comes up for re-election. I can't wait! - Don't much care who runs against him - just so somebody does that will try to make it right with the American public.
