    Here is the first one I did with the FLIP HD video camera
    mounted to the bars using a RAM mount, 3 inch arm and
    camera mount. I don't see image stabilization as an option
    for the camera, but it's not really that bad.

    The RAM folks suggested no longer than 3 inch or you'd get
    a lot of shake...

    If you go to the link for the video, you can select HD as an option
    in that we cannot post the full embed link here, you get the standard low
    def link to youtube.

    If you hover over the Youtube logo in the video you'll get an option to watch on UTUBE and then change to 720pHD, it's a much better picture, however if you are on dial up it's probably not wise..

    Flip works great on mine also - I got a 44 min ride captured on US 440 thru the Smokies last year but couldn't get it to upload to the net - Guess I'll have get a account on U-tube to post it.
    Mounted mine on the left engine guard about knee level and got some great shots of the curves on the Smokey 440.

    HRK - The guy in front of you in the video had a flashing lite setup that I like - it would help me up in the wilds of Indiana if I could get some info on it. Do you know anything about the lighting system he was using?

    Sarge it's an LED setup, and it doesn't flash like that off camera
    it was only visible on the video...

    Funny how video picks that stuff up...

    OK I checked out a few web sites on that LED setup and found out 2 important things -
    Visiblty to the cagers is improved giving a better chance of being seen.
    And them suckers are salty. The Pancera kit from Kurkyn was over 200 bucks - but then what price do ya pay to stay alive - so this winter I guess I'll be adding the LED system to the ride.:)
