But needed a little more.i'm a shop foreman for a trucking co. i can do the work myself but not sure of the steps i need to take to do it right.looking for some advice. and is it worth the effort and i'm two up 90% of the time. And is getting the seat narrowed the step i should try frist

The rear shocks are the easy part, the fronts take a lot more work if you want to lower the front end.

I would try shaving the seat a bit, and looking for boots with a thicker sole and taller heel or inserts for your boots that do the same.

If not then lowering the front can be done with the SM it will give you all the steps, take you about a day.

Warning: When you lower your motorcycle, bumps, R.R. xings, turns, etc that used to be no problem going over, become a major problem. Bottoming out will occur. Scraping running boards will occur.:)
