    Greetings,

I have a question on fuel injection. I put some 2-in-one pipes on my 09 Dyna, and a hypercharger. I complimented these with a Cobra fuel injector add on unit. Sometimes it runs great, but more and more recently, it seems to be a bit sluggish.

I recently noticed that the chrome on the front pipe has turned quite blue, while on the back pipe it is not. I am wondering if this might indicate a failed O2 sensor. Any ideas?

    Thanks,
    Panth

Your front cylinder is running leaner than the rear. The blueing of the pipe shows that it is hot from the lean burn.

yep need to tweak it. I doubt it's a failed sensor, they do fail, you can test to see if it's working. When you put the pipes in did you use anti seize on the O2 sensors? As long as you didn't get it on the end of the sensor you should be fine.

Not knocking the Cobra, or V&H tuners but that shows the limits of those
plug and forget units, if everything is perfect you are golden, however as we
know, not much in this world is perfect,

Fuel mix's are different all over the USA, depends on the blend it can effects the AFR, from 14.2 to 14.6 simply by running a different gas.

The best bet is to get a better selection on what you are using as a map or program in that Cobra

It's why I prefer the TTS programmer, you drop in a map and then ride and tune it to the bike so these things have less of a chance of happening.
