I have a Custom 1999 Fatboy with a leaking fuel runoff tube. I run the bike with the fuel off until it quits but it still drains fuel. I do not have vented caps on it and am going to replace those. Fuel tank is not full. Help?

Remove the carburetor and turn it upside and remove the bowl. Remove the pin securing the needle to the float and remove the float and needle. Most likely there is a small piece of debris under the seat. Clean to bowl and inlet also. Check the float level and reinstall the bowl and carb. If you have not cleaned or replaced the petcock filter in a while, time to do it is now.
