Need help installing my Christmas present. I got a garage door opener for my 2001 Softail Std. I followed everything the instructions told me from putting the transmitter behind the rear wheel mud guard. I got the orang/white connected, the black ground wire connected but the yellow and white wire that goes to the head light is an issue. I can feed the wires under the tank and make the connection near the head light. Would this look presentable?
    Thanks,
    Ed

I agree! Do tou have to think about protection? (C/B, fuse etc?) as to not interfere with Electrics on rest of bike shall something go wrong in unit? Also if you have isolation switch hidden or easy disconnect you could isolate in fault finding or shall mechanic want to to undergo fault finding, tests or the like which may even damage your present. Make any sense?
