Are the S&S small gears the best way to go? I am looking for the gears that attach to the cams themselves. Why don't I just use the ones that I already have? Because I would like fresh, unworn gears. Just a preference..

    Thanks...

If it was my money that I was spending, or if I was spending money on a build.
It would be the new style cam plate, with upgraded oil pump, new style chains and new style cams..........

    No gear drive.
But I know you've already bought gear drive cams.

The bike also has gear drives in it, for a long long time Cardboard. Not only that, people like BaggerPaul, HRK and Lucifer say that there is no real need for me to go that stuff that you mentioned. So I guess I am going to spend my money in better places. Thanks though..
