    Texas Passes Loser pays Lawsuit Reform

    Every state should have this, we know the Red States will
    look to adopt similar measures, hopefully they have the moxie

    The Blue states, well, they are consumer driven lawyer owned
    states with high taxes and high unemployment for the most part
    and will stay the course.

    Texas is one of the few common sense states we have left. I don't look for many others to follow suit - hope I'm wrong.
