Haven't got my boat out much in the last 7 yrs or so. Some electronics on the motor went out. Got some Reg rect put on and some switch boxes.
Cranked her up in the front yard to day.
Think I will wait till this afternoon till the temps git off 95* and go throw some crank baits on the dam.

Cowboy has never seen my boat.

    Only Chucktx has.

Got a 200 hp Fuel injected Merc. She will only run 78 on the water.
Got Old gas in her. Will take it easy on her till I can run a tank of gas threw her.

I Ordered her just like she sits from The gambler factory in florida in 96.
It is a 21' GE Gambler bass boat. It rides like a Lincoln Continental on the water.

Gambler is in Groveland , Florida

Put her in, got a horn going off at idle. Think I might have a thermostat stickin.
Had a lot of neighbors trying to get their boat in at the ramp at 6:30pm to go fishin.
Guess I will look at it another day.

That is a nice looking boat CB. A few years back I was looking at buying a boat. At the time I was looking at buying a Skeeter SL190. Decided a bike is better for me.

Not a big enough boat for me.
And skeeter is made and owned by Yamaha.
I will not own a Yamaha. Parts are too expensive. And I don't like workin on them as much.
    Merc or Evinrude

I used to Bass fish a lot . Fished club tournaments and some small money tournaments.
I needed a boat that would go when the lake would get rough.:gah:

i have,,,,,,,,,didnt like the ride in rough water. they are a good looking boat and have ample storage, but the ride sucks........unless ya slow down....then it is tolerable......

your boat wont do 80....gps. the ride is pretty smooth as long as the water has no caps. get in some caps and your lucky to do 30 without bustin the butt!!!! dont want to ride in something that hasnt been run in 7yrs.......just like a bike, ya dont run them they fall apart........

Took it out wed and had it on 65, don't want to run it wide open and the gas is old. Ran like a Champ.
Ask Ricky when he had the super big ski boat and he was out and I ran around him in 4' waves.

Boat does real good in rough water.

Yer just Old and used to running the creeks in a Aluminum Boat where there is hardly current flow Redneck.
