Got stuck under a house today while doing a home inspection. Got myself wedged in pretty tight between some concrete and drain pipes. Got to tell yaa, that is not a very good feeling and was all alone. It took awhile to get free and out, fresh air and rain never felt so good. I think I'll take my cell phone with me under houses for now on. :gah:

Was OK until I crawled back to area where the arrow is pointing was less than a foot of clearance and tried wedging myself through to get into another area, didn't work and you can't go backwards very well once you went forwards to far.

Have not seen to many snakes but lots of spiders and we do get some big ugly ones. Friends of mine sent me this picture to put up on a house.

If I do find a dead body in a crawl space it will probably be the last crawl space I ever go in.

Yea, but its the thought of finding another one. I've never heard of any home inspector ever finding one. Crawled over all kind of dead animals including a Coyote once. Had to take my hammer and kill a rate or two and a few big spiders.

If'n you took yer cell phone would you have the address to the house to tell somebody where yer stuck at.

Like they are going to come out and look under all the homes in that area !

Hello I'm stuck under a house, could you come and git me out.
Where is the house at ?
