Great Day today on the lake

    Was workin on a couple boats today. Doing a Service on a outboard and puttin a Boat heater in a inboard.
    Seen a Bald Eagle flyin across the water. He had a couple crows trying to peck him.
    He flew right up in front of us and over the boat house and landed in a tree 3 doors down.
    He was a beautiful Bald Eagle.
    I really enjoy them.

    Never know when you might see em.

    I might be sittin on the front pourch or walkin down the street.
    Wham there they are. And sometimes you don't have long to see em.

    Was out on the street in front of my sister in laws house down the street from me.
    She hollared, look a Bald Eagle. I turned and look and said Man that ain't a bald eagle, that's a buzzare man. :rant:

    Last summer I was coming home from work and I saw a Bald Eagle on the side of the road. That bird was just HUGE!!! couldn't believe it. I like those birds.

    Their is a huge fine and probaly jail time for killin or having any part of a Eagle on you or yer property.

    The Bald Eagle is as yet still considered a threatened species and is protected under the Endangered Species Act. It is a felony to shoot an eagle. The punishment for killing one is to pay a $500,000 fine and up to a year in prison.
