Fired up the Old Propane BBQ pit.

Got some Saltgrass 7 steak spice

    Saltgrass - 7 Steak Spice - 4.5oz #120655

And some Jack Daniels Spicy BBQ sause.

    Jack Daniel’s Barbecue Sauce

Got some Ribs, put the Saltgrass 7 steak spice on the ribs, rubbed it in real good. let it sit in the frig for a couple hours.

Turned the pit on and had it up to 275*

    Drank a few Redneck Budweisers.

Threw the ribs on and let them cook for a little while, turned them over.
    let em cook some more.
Then I started puttin the Jack Daniels Spicy BBQ sause on it, spread it all over one side, let it sit .
Then turned it over and put BBQ sause on the other side.
Then sprinkled some more Saltgrass 7 steak spice on it.

cooked it for about 1:45 minutes.

Took it off and brought it in.
My OL said that she really liked the Jack Daniels Spicy BBQ sause and the ribs.
They all got eat by the two of us.
We are hurtin we ate so much.

Got a brother in Law comin in from N.M this weekend.

So it looks Like I will be cookin Chicken thighs with Slap yo Mama sause on them.

And I got the OL younger brother here with his buddy for a week. They don't ride bikes.
Don't think they will be no fun .

I'm always looking for a new taste; what particular sauce from Slap ya mama do you use? I looked and there's a few different available.

Wife brother was here today, grilled HEB spicy japaleno sausage and shrimp .
Guess they are gonna grill Chicken with slap yo mama seasoning on it tomorrow with japaleno sausage on a tortia.

And it cost a lot of money to cook on a charcoal or wood burnin grill compared to a propane grill.
The dude I work with when he cooks a brisket, he goes threw like 5 16lb bags of charcoal to cook it .
When we had the hurricaines you couldn't git out of the neighborhood for days.
If you didn't have a bunch of charcoal you was in trouble.
I keep 2 bottles of propane here. That will cook a lot of groceries too.

Hey Chuck, when was the last time you grilled and I was down there. :D
