Man was it a nice day today. Got into the low 50's so we hit the road right after lunch and went across part of US 421, a.k.a. The Snake - Home of 489 Curves". The Ultra acted like it was right at home. Anyhow here are some pics. By the way take a good look at the lawn tractor. That is really a 302 Ford engine and it's a right interesting critter to look at. Word is the owner actually uses it to mow his yard.

I've got a couple of more so I'll need to do another note.

Here's the rest of the pics. Hope I'm not boring anybody but it really was enjoyable. I'm extremely fortunate to have a wife that likes to ride with me.

The last pic is the Country Store or Biker's Haven of Shady Valley. There wasn't more that 15 -20 bikes there today but during the warm weather we have seen as many as 100 or more bikes there and the burgers, bar-b-que, and pizza are great.
    Have a GREAT weekend!

We had a great ride today to. Our temps were also low 50's with sun so we took advantage of it. We rode the Willamette Valley areas staying off the Interstates. Got back home at 7 this evening. No pic's but were planning on heading up the Klicitat Canyon off the Columbia Gorge tomorrow. I'll get some pics and post some tomorrow. Great pic's of yours and not boring.

It's supposed to get up around 62 tomorrow and that just begs to be enjoyed.

    chucktx,
I haven't heard anybody say for certain that he races it or not but the back tires do look like they have been "stressed" a bit.

    FLHTbiker,
Look forward to seeing your pics too.
