Had my chemo treatment today under the new regimen and things went well. I got nauseated toward the end of the treatment but had my compazine with me so I took one which helped a bit. But it also made the road appear a bit weavy. I'll know next time to take my wife's Cherokee cause it's an automatic. We were in my Ranger and she can't swap cogs so I drove home and kept my mouth shut about the road. Got home fine though - it was about like after about th-h-h-h-ee dr-r-r-rinks. Got home and took my other nauea meds and napped for about 1 hour and was at peace with the world once again. Got up and had some potato soup then after a few minutes took my other chemo med. I have to be careful drinking water or anyting else. If it's cold, it causes my tongue to be in such a way that my words don't sound just right for a while. I'm over that now too. Oh well, one down and just five to go. Everyone have a GREAT evening and a good day tomorrow and thanks for your continued prayers!!!!!!!!;)

Thanks to all for your prayers and emotional support. Friends and Comrads can and are a great source of strength - second of course to Almighty God. Wentout and walked about three laps around our hospital during lunch - about 3 miles. Supposed to be in the 60's this afternoon. If it was not so cold this morning (24 degrees), I would have ridden to work today. Felt pretty good and will feel even better as the latent effects of the chemo ( *****ly hands, cold sensituivty to the face, etc.) wears off.:D:D
