I read the following advertisement and since I got stranded a couple of times out in the outback of Oregon with a flat on my Electra Glide, I wonder if that what they say is true:

    1) Seals punctures instantly as you ride. (the hole will be sealed within a few rotations of the tire)

    2) Automatically BALANCES your tires to ZERO balance. (saves you money and improves handling)

    3) Special corrosion inhibitors prevent tire dry rot that leads to small slow leaks.

    4) Extends tire life by 25% or MORE. (change your tires less often, saving you hundreds of $$$)

    5) Helps your tires run cooler. (extending tire life and wear)

    6) Seals punctures with fibers that are SIX TIMES STRONGER THAN STEEL.

    7) Washes out simply with water.

    8) Maintains proper inflation in your tires.

    9) Prevents RUST on your steel or aluminum rims.

    10) Remains effective to MINUS - 40 degrees below zero and +250 degrees above zero Fahrenheit.

RIDE ON is used by the Military to seal BULLET HOLES, the Post Office, Police and Fire Departments, Large Trucking Companies and even NASA in the MOON BUGGY !!

I would appreciate some input. Thanks! :)

Not the same product - But the same concept

I saw this same kind of product years ago. The problem with it at that time was that until it warmed up, the auto-balance claim was not at all true. All of the gel would collect and become a counter weight in the bottom of the tire. It would shake the heck out of a car until it spread out . . . I would hate to see what it would do to a motorcycle.

But then again, that was several years ago and I'm sure some degree of improvements have been made. And oh yah, getting stranded with a flat still sucks!

    Ride Free!
