Head Light adjustment

    Know everybody does their oil changes.
    But does anybody check the adjustment on their headlight.

    Just did a headlight adjustment and while riding with Chuck, he was telling me my headlight was too high.
    I said me and another buddy drawed a line back 25' and went up 35" and the headlight was perfect.
    He said yea, but yer OL wasn't on the back of the bike.
    You need to both git on it and adjust it again.

    yep he right i set mine like the book said & had the wife get on & light beam went up a little so I set it down a small bit just so it wont blind other'sjust like putting a load in the bed of your pick-up the front will rise a bit so lights are higher

    The headlight bulb in my 08 FLHT went out. I strolled 7 miles up to Orielly and got one of those Super White was it H$ bulb that was like 35.00

    Think its bright enough to make ChuckTx. mirrors glow in the dark.
    Gonna find out, I adjusted it about 2 1/2 turns down.:D

    That will make up for my wife gittin oh :gah:

    :roflmao::eek: Yep I thimk it will , I would have started at 1 1/2 turns & work from there , it does'nt take much to bring the H light up or down :D

    It was fine for me before buddy.
    I could see fine.

    It was yer mirrors that I was knockin yer eyes out.

    The High Intensity white is what was blinding you riding behind you.

    It sure shows up oh !

    Yea !


    All the cars are continuesly flashin their bright light or leaving their bright lights on cause ChuckTx's aircraft runnin lights are on top of his crashbars vibrating blinding them.
    Then when they leave them on I put my superbrite white lights on High Beam and they can't see nothin.

    Put one of these in yer headlight !
