Helmet law in court/ Missouri

    Has anyone challenged the MO Helmet law n court? I recently took it to court at the city level, My argument is that the law requires I wear it but it does not say I have to wear it on my head.( I had it strapped to my leg.) I have done this for two years no problem with the state HP but these city guys are a pain in the A$$! Any way Judge said I had a good argument but he is pro helmet... long story short ,I lost and did not appeal because I thought Missouri would pass the NO-Helmet law this time! Wrong Again!!!:fight:

    Well now, that stinks! However, with seatbelt laws being what they are, I fear that a national mandatory helmet law isn't out of question.
